The free trial lasts 14 days and has no plan subscription charge. It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription: you choose a monthly or annual plan if you want to continue. If you activate the AI Receptionist during the trial, there is no AI monthly fee, but connected call time is charged at 20p per minute using the exact connected seconds used.

Yes. Monthly plans are rolling monthly subscriptions with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There will be no further plan subscription charge, although any AI call usage already incurred remains payable.

Annual billing is an optional 12-month term paid in advance and receives a 10% discount. Starter is £529.20 per year and Professional is £1,285.20 per year. Customers who qualify for the October launch offer pay £1,188 for their first Professional year before moving to the standard annual price. You can stop the next annual renewal at any time and retain access until the end of the paid term. No VAT is currently added.

We will confirm any migration or tailored setup work before you commit. Guided onboarding is included with Professional, while Enterprise rollout is scoped around your group.

The optional AI Receptionist is £29 per month plus 20p per connected minute. Usage is calculated from the exact connected seconds used across the billing period, with no rounding up of individual calls. The final usage charge is rounded to the nearest penny. No VAT is currently added. It can be added to Starter or Professional. Enterprise AI pricing is agreed as part of the group proposal.

To qualify, start a new Professional free trial or paid subscription by 31 October 2026. If you continue after the trial, Professional is £99 per month for the first 12 paid months instead of £119. The usual £29 monthly AI Receptionist fee is also waived during the trial and for those 12 paid months if you add it, but connected call time remains chargeable at 20p per minute using the exact connected seconds used. After 12 paid months, Professional becomes £119 per month and the AI Receptionist becomes £29 per month if retained. No VAT is currently added.

Enterprise is designed for multi-branch businesses and includes agreed branch limits, permissions and a tailored rollout plan.
